Elbow Pain- Epicondylosis

Elbow Pain - Epicondylosis

The 2 Common Types:

  1. Lateral Epiconylosis - deep aching in the outside of the forearm.  Painful to grip with the hand.  Also known as "Tennis Elbow," though often seen is laborers and office workers.
  2. Medial Epicondylosis - deep aching in the inside of the forearm. Less common, related to repetitive pulling, hand sanding, and golf.  Also known as "Golfer's Elbow."

When is it serious?  - These conditions are usually not "serious" but can cause prolonged pain and disability.  They respond very well to Trigger Point Release and eccentric strengthening of forearm and wrist.
