We're a family business.  Our daughters, Evelyn and Clara help out, though our cat, Georgie only provides inspiration and a constant reminder to "relax."

Mary is an elementary school teacher, and natural health enthusiast.  She creates many organic/non-toxic personal care products for her Mary's Simply Homemade business.

Matt is a chiropractor and soft tissue specialist for over 20 years.  He's found the best results for his patients when combining traditional joint manipulation with myofascial therapies.  In 2010 he started producing his own myofascial tool designs (MyoBar) for self-care use and for use by health professionals.
